- First session: general introduction and the story of Kaveh the Blacksmith
- Second session: Rostam’s Seven Labours
- Third session: Rostam and Sohrab
- Fourth and fifth sessions: The story of Siyavash
- Sixth session: Bijan and Manijeh
- Seventh session: Battle of Rostam and Esfandiyār
- Eighth session: The end of Rostam, Arab invasion and historical hints to Arab invasion
