Super useful! I’m planning a trip to Iran next year, and I really want to be able to communicate more naturally with people. Besides these phrases, are there any common cultural gestures or customs that a tourist should be aware of to be polite and respectful? Any tips on how to use these colloquialisms without sounding like I’m trying too hard? Merci

Hey! Thanks for this list. My kids are half-Iranian, and I’d love for them to pick up more conversational Farsi. Do you offer any online Persian classes specifically geared towards children?

Hey there! This is super helpful. I’ve been trying to learn Farsi for a while now, and these colloquialisms are exactly what I needed to sound less like a textbook and more like a cool dude (or at least someone who doesn’t sound completely lost!). That phrase “دمت گرم” sounds particularly awesome. Is there a situation where it might not be appropriate to use it? Like, at a formal business meeting with a very serious-looking person? Just curious! Thanks for the great resource
